Why with so much caloric deficit am I not seeing progress?
263.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I think the kcal estimates burned for various activities are WAY overstated. 5000-6000 calories is what winter mountain climbers burn a day in that extremely strenuous activity. Maybe keep caloric intake to 2000-3000 with 1-2 hours of biking or something else strenuous. That's what I'm trying to do. Let me know what you find working for you.

Rogust......I was wondering about the kcal estimates....it dids seem a little high....Ibelieve they are including my BMR with that total... I will check another health site, do some calculations and see how they match up
