I started drinking 1 protein drink per day Sunday.

If this has anything to do with the drop in weight, it's worth the $20.00 every 10 days!!!
216.2 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week

I just tried mine w banana and a tsp of almond butter. It was soooooo good.

It looks like it will last me even longer now. My wife wants the protein bars instead of the powder so it's all mine....... I can't have the bars because the sodium is way to high for my blood pressure.

Thanks for the info..... I check my pressure every other day and so far it's been fine (115/65 this morning) but I'll keep an eye on it.
