wow, quite the roller coaster for my weight lately. eating primarily vegetation and rice with egg whites for protein. going to the gym 5 days a week. I even ate candied bacon this weekend and roasted chicken yesterday for dinner. the weight loss is puzzling for sure.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.8 lb a week
