I have pledged, promised, to eat better and exercise more, but so many times even the best intentions fall short. I have got to try harder to incorporate healthy habits into my work and home life.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
