Figured I would try to see if I can use the recommended foods from the "Blood Type A Diet" to correct the bad feelings I get after eating certain foods. Actually some of the "avoid" foods per the diet makes scence like tropical fruits and red meats. I have already extreamly cut back or eliminate these foods. About 2 months ago I noticed and was able to pin point my body's negative reaction to certain foods. Then I came across some info on the "Blood Type A Diet" which made alot of scence from my own experiance. I'm not sure about the classification of all the foods on the diet so that's why I would use the "food choices" as a guide and see how I feel.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
