This has been the last week of lent, great to keep the discipline of no meat or biscuits, I had indulged in having more sweets than my discipline could control but not too bad. Started my programme 40 days ago weighing 76 kg and today I have got down to just under 73 kg a loss of 7.25 pounds around half a stone, so really pleased with that.
160.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
