Ok. Well. Im back. got a little complacent, then holidays, then vacation and then.......and then,,,,

yeah!

SO back to the weight doc today. Track foods! back at it. Need to lose 10 and then maintain.

178.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
