This has been a pretty good week back on program. Our TOPS meeting got cancelled today because of snow. I need to cut out some empty calories this next week. I need to exercise more, and journal my food every day. The next couple days will be hard since it's cold and probably won't go anywhere. Good thing is there is not much bad in the house.
