BS 125 Highest it's been all year. Wt. 199. I get started on lchf and then we travel and it comes undone. I need to prepare mentally for any out of town trips. I'm in PT 2x a week, and bike for about 20 minutes. Constant pain never lets up and torn rotator cuff doesn't help. Keeps me awake at night. I am not giving up though, I'll keep trying until I find my stride. It's snowing again today.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
