So I blew off everything during the holidays and now I'm three pounds heavier for it... damn you holidays treats! With it all over now and resolutions waiting to be enforced It is back on the wagon for me. The goal remains a level of fitness allowing for 100+ crunches in 2 minutes, run 3 miles in under 21 minutes and complete 20+ dead hang pull ups. I have a long road ahead but every journey begins with a first step right? Here to eating better this year and working out everyday!
268.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
