I might have lose a bit on the scale but 50% of my overall goal is to get my but active which I totally sucked at this week. Work did no help since I was covering for a gal while on vacation. I am a big work aholic. It is like work is my drug. Druggies have to go to rehab and give up the drug all together. Sad that this is not an option for me since there is nobody else financially to pay the expenses of living in these though times. And when I'm working too much (more than 8 hr days) then my energy and health decline which can easily trigger a domino effect for other bigger problems. I am not sure how I'm supposed to do this...especially alone.
