I started with FS last Tuesday 03/15. I weighed in @ 190 but ws at 194 when I started 2 weeks ago to loose. weight.

I drink a gallon of water daily, keep under 1000 calories a day and spend 70 minutes on the treadmill 4 days a week.

Bought a digital scale yesterday to track daily the weight loss. Even ounces dropping daily keep me motivated and it also allows me to check my food diary to see what foods affect adversely the weight loss. I love this website. Its very helpful and keeps me motivated.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
