I started my day (8am) with Mens Health 3 days to Ripped Exercises using 12.5 pound dumb bells.

5 sets of 3 reps - dumb bell front squats
3 sets of 8 reps - dumb bell push press
3 sets of 8 reps with each leb - dumb bell reverse lunge
1/2 mile walk while performing dumb bell biceps curls

224.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
