Cut out all white carbs again. My cholesterol numbers weren't doing the best and my doctor said starches and sugars needed to be lessened.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 115.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.4 lb a week
