Well, here I am again. Feeling a bit of a failure having gained back most of my loss. BUT I am here before I gain it all back. I realize journalling is useful and needed. I dislike being cold more than anything and when the cold weather comes I enjoy soups and stews and chilis and all things that go great with bread and butter!
