Fall is here now and soon winter... getting lazy with outdoor exercising.
Hung up my bike. Still eating moderately well. Weight loss/gain between 2 pounds up and down constantly. Hard to get it under 152.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
