went to the doctor. i weight 163lbs!! :0 im so surprised! :) and glad. once i get to 160, ill start fasting! :) yeah!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
