Changed from Stevia to S&L (limited to only 3 packets!), only 5 iced coffees, started iced tea (no carbs), and i think it made a difference. My goal is to get down to two iced coffees/day, substitute iced tea and continue drinking my water. Also, I added more veggies to my menu and i think that helped.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
