Not really dieting, but stepping it up at the gym. Cycling 25-30km a day, five days per week. Plus rowing, walking and other gym stuff.
Total from March 1-17: 360 km.
Feelin' groovy... although some mornings, it's hard to get out of bed and get to the gym by 6am. But I haven't failed yet!
