Going to the gym on a regular basis is working well. I've had to take a few days off because of Easter and travelling.

But I was able to cycle/row more than 500km by going 5 days a week. It takes a long time: more than two hours per day.

But, the fact that I can actually do this is amazing. Before my hip replacement I could barely walk.

So, with time, I'll reach my goal of 200lbs. Just 44 to go. No rush. But I am confident it will happen, if not by the end of the year, then certainly sometime in 2017.

Like I said, no rush.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
