I started this diet June 1st weighing 259 pounds and I am now down to 220 on Oct.1st
220.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

764 kcal Fat: 28.65g | Prot: 47.44g | Carb: 86.77g.   Breakfast: melba toast, apple, creamer. Lunch: coconut oil, scallops, carrots, cabbage, lemon, reduced sugar ketchup. Dinner: scallops, low sugar catsup, lemo, carrots, cabbage. Snacks/Other: strawberries. more...
