Just a note on why I always select "Not Applicable". It's because I'm not trying. I'm not making any particular effort to lose weight, just eating at mealtime and when hungry... the only BIG change is I'm OFF SUGAR since August (7 months) and it looks like my body is slowly adjusting to my current eating style and weight is still coming off. 20 lbs off in 6 months. I feel excellent and eat a variety of foods. Of course, I could always do better, like my dietitian said to me many times years ago "Too much fat, not enough protein!". I still want to get to around 150 lbs, eventually, and I know that will be a little more work than just not eating processed sugar, but for now this is a huge step ahead, not just toward health but toward life!
179.1 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
