I'm pretty happy with where things are at today.

I'm down to 275 and can see that last 20-25 pounds going away slowly. I just have to keep watch on the food and not get over confident and start eating too much.

275.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
