Positive thinking... No, positive belief system!

The pounds just keep falling off!!! 🎉🎉🎉

My highest was 232.4, but I gained a lot before I lost, so FS isn't registering that I've lost 15.2 pounds! I kept visualizing 218 until I hit it! Now what number shall I visualize? How about 215!? 😄

By the way, positive thinking doesn't mean I'm still eating junk food. Treating my body the same way I am treating my mind is changing the way I think about food and also changing WHAT I put in my body, WITHOUT making me feel like I'm starving!

217.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
