So I dropped a Pound. Whoopie, I really need to get moving it's so hard with to get a schedule down. I need to get this weight off of me. It's making me unhappy. Seriously.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Well your off to good start by doing something about it. Weight loss isn't going to come over night. Your more likely to keep the weight off by doing it at a good pace instead of dropping loads of lbs all at once. Don't give up and tweak your nutritional and work out routine every week if you need to.
