It's been along time.
I went to see my doctor to get a physical, and I was told I weighed blah blah blah. My blood pressure was up for the fist time in my life. NOT GOOD! They hooked me up to a breathing machine and I was told htat my metabolisim is fine, but I either over eat, don't eat enough or lack exercise. hmmm I think it'a all the above. Starting slow and gonna set short goals. I know the range of calories I should be eating so I will stay under the max.

DAGON LUNCH!!!!!
Im gonna have to kick it in overdrive tonight. I don't want these calories, I should have taken myself to Subway like I planne. No No I had to get a Crabcake sandwich. ugh. come on you doing good don't mess up.

Lesson Learned
hmm didn't workout last night. I think I learned something though. I should have ate more calories during the day. So I would have had energy to workout.
