Only 10 lbs till I am in the 200's. Praise God for this. I have not been this light since Jr. High school.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1705 kcal Fat: 86.05g | Prot: 144.36g | Carb: 85.57g.   Breakfast: Sugar Free Syrup, Sugar Free Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Powder Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Red Delicious Apple (Large), Celery, Grated Parmesan Cheese, value mushroom spaghetti sauce, Chicken Breast, Finely Shredded Pizza Cheese. Dinner: Sour Cream, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Cheese, Fajita Veggies, Guacamole, Chicken (Only). Snacks/Other: dark chocolate flavored almonds. more...
