Off I Go!!!! As soon as I finish my HCG I'm going to transition to the Paleo Diet for health and wellness and for life. I'm gluten and dairy sensitive and have to stay away from sugar.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Absolutely, I honestly think it's the easiest way. The down side is having to drink that gallon of water. And sticking strictly to the plan it will come off. My first round I lose 38lbs and kept it off. It resets your metabolism. You can read more about it go to Dr simeone pounds & inches. Explains. I won't lie the plan restricts you to 500. Ps I have found not all hcg is the same. I do the drops directly from Dr someone. Ps: cut is a hormone that tells your body to burn more calories because it thinks your prego but instead your body burns the fat in your body as fuel instead of storing it. This protocol resets your hypothalamus / metabolism.
