At 240 lbs I'm currently the highest weight i've been in years...my highest was 264 but the past several years i was staying between the 205-220 mark. Last year was a very difficult one for me, life can be tough and as a result of my trials i turned to food and drink for comfort, gaining 20 pounds in 6 months time....i am SO afraid of hitting that 264 number again, i have to get a grip and stop it right now. It's time...enough...i am strong and i can do this. My first goal is to lose the 20 pounds i gained and the next is to get under 200...199, once that happens i will set new goals.
Seeing as i need to break bad habits, sugar addiction for one, i have decided to do a round of Whole30, time to push the reset button and go from there.
I started on March 6th and will have completed my 30 days on April 4th...i've joined this site to help keep me honest and for support and inspiration.

240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel NightWillow. I was in bed this morning thinking about the weight I have put on and how hard it is for me to do the things I did before .... and looking back on pics of myself 15 years ago and now .... what a huge difference --- literally! I am proud of you for doing the Whole 30. That should definitely get you in the right direction!

Sometimes it takes realizing where we're at with our life and health to push us "over the edge" and make the changes we need to in order to lose weight and be healthier. That's how it was with me. Wishing you great success, keep pushing on and moving forward with you plan.
