I feel amazing after jogging a bit. I jogged really slowly with Jill for about 30 min. Perfect for having a conversation. I'd like to find a running buddy to do that with every day or so in the mornings.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1927 kcal Fat: 55.96g | Prot: 148.88g | Carb: 220.06g.   Breakfast: skim milk, salsa, egg whites, instant oatmeal. Lunch: campbells southwest corn soup, cashews, fat free cottage cheese. Dinner: squash, chicken breast italian . Snacks/Other: peanut butter, peanut M&Ms, skim milk, wasa, candy corn, tropical fruit frozen, strawberry whey. more...
