Last week I wanted to quit my gym, after a lazy relaxing summer, then I got on a scale over the weekend and I had gained 3 lbs... I am back on the wagon... went to gym yesterday and today and have been following a diet plan... I'm BACK!!!!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
