I made it to my goal weight for the month of October a whole week early! Totally AWESOME! I have my biggest looser challenge at work to thank for that plus all the running around I did at my son's birthday party this weekend. I actually ate strawberries for the first time in months...they were wonderful! I'll be glad when I finally get closer to my goal weight so I can endulge and have fruit more often. This is the end of my 5th month on Atkins and I've been sticking pretty faithfully to Phase 1, with only the occasional foray into Phase 2. Still worried about slowing down the weight loss...I hate to slow down, when I have so much more I want to loose.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
