NEED TO GO EXERCISE REGULARLY AGAIN.

Started to go on a diet again...
so far, 5 eggs (white) and 1 toast
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

breakfast: 211 cal, 26g carb, 22g protein

lunch: salad with steak (approximately 600 cal, 10g protein, 20g carbs) That means no more carbs for the day. Approximately 800-1000 cal more for the day. :)

Prob just a protein shake and lots of water will be good for dinner. :)
