Weigh in was a let down this week. Last weeks weigh in was too good to be true. Well it was true but none the less set me up for disappointment maybe. Not a single pound lost last week. Very discouraging. Could be becuase I am gainging muscle. Or could be that I have peaked for now. Either way, I am NOT happy. I went over on my calories both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Luckily I didn't gain anything. I am trying to drink more water but I can't seem to drink ANYTHING unless I am thirsty. I've also been crazy exhausted lately too. Not sure if that is from working out regularly or from the reduced calorie intake. Either way it's exhausting. I set these goals for myself, not only in weightloss but in daily life things, and never seem to reach them. I could really go for some encouragement and support right now. :0/
