I started Weight Watchers and have been using their e-tools. It is nice ecause it tells you your points used. But it doesn't give you fat-protein-carb breakdowns or sugar and sodium. But double entry sounds like a pain!!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
