Last week started out well, but by Thursday I had just reverted back to old habits. I didn't workout after Wednesday and I didn't track anything. This is a new week and a new start and I am determined to pass all of my mini challenges.

Putting in the time and effort to make sure I pass the mini challenges can only be good for my, so I say, why not do it!!!!

I lost 600 grams this week :)
223.1 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
