Started over after 3 nights 4 days in the desert too much drinking and poor eating will throw anyone off track but home now and back on track! Starting a Yoga class tonight with my Dad lol (should be interesting) I think we'll pick a spot in the back haha! Downward dog posse here I come lol!

175.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
