Ate well this week to try and make up for all the crap I ate while away. Still haven't got back in the exercise routine.. but looks like eating made an impact and I'm back to below where I was before I went away.
7 weeks to Fiji!
279.3 lb Lost so far: 38.1 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
