Well, I'm down a pound. I was down 2 earlier this week. To make things consistent I'm staying on schedule. Wish I'd lost more, but I'm happy I didn't gain :-)

Have a nice weekend all.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
