added Squats and Lunges to my exercise this week, my legs are sore!!! diet on track, New med for Depression, (Zoloft) makes this week a pretty good one and weight right on!!!
126.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
