I guess I need to update my diet.

I've given up meat during the week. I eat egg whites and a bit of cheese for protein.

That and I've upped my gym time to 4 times a week for the last 3 weeks.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.5 lb a week
