Good Evening Dear Diary, Yesterday I started a Calorie Counting Approach to losing this excess weight and getting more healthy. I have stopped drinking so much diet Pepsi and I'm drinking more water. I weight 190.2 lbs at this time. I'll weigh in once a week. In A WEEK OR 2 I'll start an exercise program. As Always I'M THINKING THIN. Marlene
