Started eating breakfast again instead of intermittent fasting. This is the most weight loss that I've seen in a week in a long time so I'm thinking that IF doesn't work for me. We'll see how the next couple weeks go.
255.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 65.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys! @Vickie 5966 I buy them at the store right now! They are awesome! They're hard boiled but have a slightly pickled flavor to them. I eat them a lot! haha In case you couldn't already tell!
