Upset with my weigh in this week. Wondering what happened. I admit I stopped keeping track of my meals, so I my goal for this week is to keep track of both my meals and my exercise. I'm going to try to chalk this up to having a bad week and get back on track. My initial instinct when I stepped on the scale was to give up, but I won't do that. I will refocus myself this week by keeping track of my food and my exercise.
