mini pill
Is anyone else on the mini pill? I have found since I started taking it in April that I put on about 10 pounds. I've heard it causes weight gain (confirmed by my doctor) and wanted to know if anyone else has experienced weight gain, and trouble losing the weight, since taking the mini pill.
I'm sure it didn't help that I also quit smoking at the same time....

Eating after work....
Interesting. Last night I came home and instead of eating went for a walk. I cooked a healthy dinner, was feeling great, and then 8pm rolled around and I started snacking. I feel like I turned a healthy eating day into an over eating day.
This is my struggle much of the time: all day is fine, but night time I want to eat (a lot!)

frustrating
I"m in the same boat, 7 pounds to go and with working out all the time and eating healthy I still can't seem to lose the weight. What's the answer? I don't know except maybe we should acknowledge that we are doing our bodies good by eating well and working out. Go us!

Eating after work....
Yes, I have the exact same problem. I've been good all day so I let my guard down at night. I think it's something about feeling more relaxed at night, combined with working all day, maybe we just don't feel like coutning calories because we're too tired.

Too tired to cook + McDonald's = Savvy Calorie Intake!
I order a kids meal whenever I have a craving for McDonald's. Interestingly, I'm always full after the kids meal.
