The holiday proved to be too much for me...was out of town on vacation for 4 days, so I couldn't record my entries, and I was eating/drinking terribly. Now that I'm back home and in control, this week should be much better.

157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
