Still not working out its hard after being on my feet all night as a nurse. Gotta find something to help the weight come off.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there! Exercise is a struggle for me too as I work long hours... Just don't like it but it is a necessary evil. Try stretching, using weights and / or resistant bands... Something where you don't have to be on your feet. ;-) have a great one!
