71.6? WTF?

OK. It's February 25th, Christmas is long since gone. Time to get my arse into gear. Perhaps a nice slow introduction to March, then hit it on St. David's Day.
157.9 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
