Exercise 3 days in a row. I haven't achieved that since . . . Well . . . Ever, really. Feel tired, worked, but ok. Rest day tomorrow, then double exercise class on Friday.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
