UGh... I believe I can go in the book of records for fastest weight gain. Here goes... gotta put myself in boot camp... 6 weeks to lose weight before getting pregnant :(
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Leave whatever happened in the last couple weeks back in 2009 and focus on moving forward. I am with you about getting pregnant. I was planning first to try in Jan, and then Feb--and now it's March. I really do not want to start off feeling like I didn't meet my goals. It's a pretty good motivator as I refuse to feel bad about myself for the next two years! You can do it. Focus on being positive and on making small, meaningful changes. You've lost the weight before and you know what works.

Thanks Beets.... I have been good today... hoping to add exercise tomorrow. I appreciate your encouragement. We can do this :) I'm back to using the advice of only worrying about the next segment of time. Maybe its being good for the next 15 minutes and then hour after that and then so on... today was a good day. :)
